What are you going to do?

The phone rings. A guest wants to know about a climbing outing, renting an E-chopper, or booking a group activity. You listen, ask the right questions, and help right away if you can. Is it a complex request? Then you’ll transfer the customer to our sales team.

After a brief training period, you’ll be able to independently answer the most frequently asked questions about our brands: Klimbos Garderen, Klimbos Harderwijk, De Veluwe Specialist, Fort Vertier, Kroongeheim, and Escape Tours.

You’ll also assist the reservations team—Annemieke, Denise, Annemiek, Emma, and Marieke—with light administrative tasks. This way, you’ll help ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Work on Saturdays, possibly supplemented by Wednesdays or Fridays.

We ask

You must be at least 18 years old.
That you are enthusiastic and customer-focused.
That you're not afraid to answer the phone.
You must speak Dutch fluently and have sufficient knowledge of English or German to transfer a call to a customer.
You live within a radius of about 20 km from Uddel.
A degree in hospitality, tourism, or leisure is preferred.
